QUALITY & WARRANTY

Declaration

1.Our warranty only covers items purchased from Boman Ltd.

2.The warranty procedure will be handled by Boman Ltd, to ensure the best quality of warranty.

3.We insist to use natural genuine leather for our products. Each item may have unique natural marks and color tone. All products are subject to the material used.




Warranty coverage

1.If a defect arises during the warranty period, and the defect is diagnosed as a quality issue, alto will exchange the item with a new product or repair the item at no charge.
   If the item is damaged from accident, abuse, modification or other causes, we will reject to offer repair service.

2.Free warranty period: 2 weeks from the date of original purchase.

3.After the 2 weeks warranty period, Boman Ltd reserves the right to reject a repair service.




Warranty Exclusions
Boman is not responsible and this warranty does not apply if your product:

1.is damaged by any external cause, such as physical abused or misuse.

2.is cosmetically damaged due to improper care by the user.

3.has its leather fade or change color naturally.

4.we are using the full grain cow leather, natural leather small flaws are inevitable.

4.is defective due to any modification, alteration, repair or service by the user or a third party other than Boman.Ltd.

5.Please note, any service of a product by anyone other than Boman Ltd is not under warranty coverage.
